Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in original condition—unworn, unused, untampered, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

For all return or damage cases, customers must provide clear photos and a video showing the issue for verification.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A video showing the defect

This helps us resolve the matter quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene)

  • Personalized or custom-made jewellery

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage

  • Final sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your current item first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a fresh order for the item you want.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval within 1–2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
